Applications for the next Her Tech Compass mentoring cycle are not currently open. Further information about eligibility, programme dates and participation requirements will be announced before the next application period begins.
For Prospective Mentees
The next application period will invite eligible HWiPT members to apply for a structured mentoring experience based on their professional goals and development interests.
For Prospective Mentors
Experienced professionals interested in contributing as mentors will be invited to share their expertise, availability and areas in which they can support a mentee.
Participation is subject to application, mentor availability and a suitable mentor-mentee match. Updates will be shared through the HWiPT website, Newsletter and LinkedIn channels.
